Shepherd is experienced in Livelihoods, Disaster Response, Cash Transfers, Food security, Productive Assets Creation, Gender and Development, Poverty Alleviation and Rural Income Generating projects. Has knowledge of WASH, water resources and irrigation. Technical specialism such as understanding of the Resilience Building and Programming, resilience measurement, humanitarian preparedness and response. Comprehensive understanding of vulnerability contexts and the factors contributing to resilience under different vulnerability contexts. Excellent knowledge of qualitative research methods.
